I have always been an exercise enthusiast, even before I became a personal trainer and yoga instructor. When I was in high school I used to wake up at 4:30am just so that I could do cardio and weights before having to be at the bus stop for 6:55 am. I always made it a priority, no matter what.

I am still like that today, and even though you may not be, I am going to do my best to motivate you in the direction of success. Working out is tough, I know, but you know what else is tough? Not liking what you see in the mirror everyday. You know what is tougher than that? Heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and so many other diseases that can be prevented by eating healthy and making exercise a priority.

Your body is something that you can control. It’s not always easy but if you stick with it, you will begin to see your hard work pay off. Start today, and a year from now you’ll be so glad you did!

I am also a Beachbody coach. So if you want to begin a program that will change your body and your life you can do it at home with Beachbody exercise videos and products. If you have any struggles along the way I will be here to motivate you onward.


I want you all to achieve success, feel happy, healthy and proud; life is too precious to go through any other way.
