Chocolate date truffles

This is my sugar free version of chocolate truffles! They are really delicious and super healthy! They are also ridiculously easy to make. Give them a try and enjoy!

½ Cup pitted dates

¼ Cup almond meal

½ Teaspoon vanilla extract

2 ½ Tablespoons cocoa

1 Tablespoon honey

1 Tablespoon coconut oil

1 big pinch sea salt

A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Puree all ingredients in a food processor and roll into small balls. You can roll balls in extra cocoa, chopped nuts, dip in melted dark chocolate, or leave them plain. Place in refrigerator to harden up for at least 20 minutes.

Yields 10 truffles
