Banana Bread

This Banana bread is diary free, sugar free, wheat free and gluten free but not taste free. It is absolutely delicious! It is not overly sweet so it is great for breakfast, a snack or dessert.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2 1/2 Bananas

1 cup Brown rice flour

1/4tsp Arrowroot powder

1/4tsp Baking Soda

1 Egg

1/2 tsp Vanilla

1 Tbs Maple Syrup

1 Tbs Honey

Sea Salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour in greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350F/180C degrees for 8-12 minutes
